سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع

:نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذا نقدم سياسة تبديل واسترجاع وفقًا للشروط التالية

:سياسة الاستبدال 

 المنتجات الجاهزة للتوصيل (قسم الجاهز للتوصيل فقط) يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال يومين من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

المنتجات المفصّلة حسب الطلب (كل القطع المتوفرة في الموقع ماعدا قسم الجاهز للتوصيل) لا تستبدل ولا تسترجع
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو به خلل مصنعي، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وسنقوم بإجراء اللازم دون أي رسوم إضافية.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج  واستلام المنتج البديل.

:سياسة الاسترجاع

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات الجاهزة لفقط (قسم الجاهز للتوصيل) خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج
و يتم خصم قيمه توصيل الطلب من مبلغ الاسترجاع
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، وقد تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع حتى 7 أيام عمل.

كيفية طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

التواصل معنا عبر حساب الانستقرام عبر الخاص "الدايركت مسج" خلال الفترة المحددة مع إرفاق رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج.

بعد استلام المنتج والتحقق من حالته، سيتم إتمام عملية التبديل أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction; therefore, we offer an exchange and return policy according to the following terms:

Exchange Policy

Ready-to-ship products (Ready to Ship section only) can be exchanged within two days from the date of receiving the order.

Custom-made products (all items available on the website except the Ready to Ship section) cannot be exchanged or returned.

In case a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect is received, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will take the necessary action without any additional fees.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product and to receive the replacement product.

Return Policy

Ready-to-ship products (Ready to Ship section only) can be returned within two days from the date of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

The delivery fee of the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.

The refund will be processed using the same original payment method after receiving and inspecting the product, and the refund process may take up to 7 business days.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Contact us through our Instagram account via direct message within the specified period, attaching the order number and clear photos of the product.

After receiving the product and verifying its condition, the exchange or return process will be completed according to the terms mentioned above.
