 سياسة التوصيل والشحن (تنطبق على الطلبات عبر الموقع الإلكتروني)

 نحن نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل خدمة متاحة، ونوفر خيارين للتوصيل:

التوصيل المحلي (داخل دولة الكويت)

 يتم توصيل الطلبات للقطع الجاهزة خلال يوم عمل و القطع التفصال خلال10 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

 رسوم التوصيل تختلف حسب المنطقة، ويتم تحديدها أثناء عملية الطلب. في حال عدم استلام الطلب من قبل العميل في الموعد المحدد، سيتم إعادة جدولة التوصيل مرة واحدة;فقط، وفي حال عدم الاستلام سيتم إلغاء الطلب بدون استرداد المبلغ.

 الشحن الدولي

يتم شحن الطلبات الدولية إلى معظم دول العالم. مدة الشحن للقطع الجاهزة للتوصيل خلال ٧ ايام عمل و القطع التفصال خلال اسبوعين حسب الوجهة وسياسة الشحن الخاصة بشركات التوصيل. رسوم الشحن الدولي تختلف حسب الدولة والوزن الإجمالي للطلب، ويتم احتسابها أثناء الدفع. العميل مسؤول عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تفرضها الدولة المستقبلة. ملاحظات هامة أوقات التوصيل قد تتأثر بالعطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. في حال حدوث أي تأخير غير متوقع، سيتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك عبر وسائل الاتصال المتاحة.

 

 

Delivery and Shipping Policy
(Applicable to orders made through the website)

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and with the best service available, and we offer two delivery :

Local Delivery (within the State of Kuwait)

Orders for ready-to-ship items are delivered within one business day, and custom-made (pre-order) items within 10 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Delivery fees vary by area and are determined during the checkout process.
If the customer does not receive the order at the scheduled time, the delivery will be rescheduled one time only. If the order is still not received, it will be canceled without a refund.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped to most countries worldwide.
Shipping time for ready-to-ship items is within 7 business days, and for custom-made items within two weeks, depending on the destination and the shipping company’s policies.
International shipping fees vary depending on the country and the total weight of the order and will be calculated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the receiving country.

Important Notes

Delivery times may be affected by official holidays, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
If any unexpected delay occurs, the customer will be notified through available communication channels.
