سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع

نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذا نقدم سياسة تبديل واسترجاع وفقًا للشروط التالية:

سياسة الاستبدال

  • المنتجات المفصّلة حسب الطلب (اغلب القطع المتوفرة في الموقع) و قطع المناسبات لا تستبدل ولا تسترجع
  • في حال استلام منتج تالف أو به خلل مصنعي، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وسنقوم بإجراء اللازم دون أي رسوم إضافية.
  • يمكن استبدال المنتجات الجاهزه فقط خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج واستلام المنتج البديل.

سياسة الاسترجاع

  • يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج
  • يتم خصم قيمه توصيل الطلب من مبلغ الاسترجاع
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
  • يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، وقد تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع حتى 7 أيام عمل.

كيفية طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

  1. التواصل معنا عبر حساب الانستقرام عبر الخاص "الدايركت مسج" خلال الفترة المحددة مع إرفاق رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج.
  2. سيتم تزويدك بتعليمات إعادة الشحنة
  3. بعد استلام المنتج والتحقق من حالته، سيتم إتمام عملية التبديل أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Exchange and Return Policy

We value our customers’ satisfaction and offer an exchange and return policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

  • Custom-made products (almost all products)  are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • If the item received is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of
  • receiving the order, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
  • Ready to wear products only can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product and receiving the replacement.

Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt
  •  The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning the product 
  • The delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after the product is received and inspected.


How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us via instagram “ Direct Message” within the specified period, providing your order number and clear product photos.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to return the item .
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund as per the above conditions.
