نحن نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل خدمة متاحة، ونوفر خيارين للتوصيل:

التوصيل المحلي (داخل دولة الكويت)

• يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
• رسوم التوصيل تختلف حسب المنطقة، ويتم تحديدها أثناء عملية الطلب.
• يتم التواصل مع العميل قبل موعد التوصيل للتنسيق.
• في حال عدم استلام الطلب من قبل العميل في الموعد المحدد، سيتم إعادة جدولة التوصيل مرة واحدة فقط، وفي حال عدم الاستلام سيتم إلغاء الطلب بدون استرداد المبلغ.

الشحن الدولي

• يتم شحن الطلبات الدولية إلى معظم دول العالم.
• مدة الشحن تتراوح بين أسبوعين إلى 3 أسابيع حسب الوجهة وسياسة الشحن الخاصة بشركات التوصيل.
• رسوم الشحن الدولي تختلف حسب الدولة والوزن الإجمالي للطلب، ويتم احتسابها أثناء الدفع.
• العميل مسؤول عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تفرضها الدولة المستقبلة.

ملاحظات هامة

• أوقات التوصيل قد تتأثر بالعطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
• سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع بمجرد شحن الطلب ليتمكن العميل من متابعة حالة الطلب.
• في حال حدوث أي تأخير غير متوقع، سيتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك عبر وسائل الاتصال المتاحة.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible with the best available service. We offer two delivery options:

Local Delivery (Within Kuwait)

• Orders are delivered within 10 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Customers will be contacted before the scheduled delivery time.
• If the order is not received at the scheduled time, one additional delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled without a refund.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to most countries.
• Delivery time ranges between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping provider.
• International shipping fees vary based on the destination and total order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the receiving country.

Important Notes

• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped to allow customers to track their shipment.
• In case of any unexpected delays, customers will be notified via their provided contact details.

سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع
(تنطبق على الطلبات عبر الموقع الإلكتروني وفقًا لقوانين دولة الكويت)

نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذا نقدم سياسة تبديل واسترجاع وفقًا للشروط التالية:

سياسة الاستبدال

• المنتجات المفصّلة حسب الطلب (اغلب القطع المتوفرة في الموقع) و قطع المناسبات لا تستبدل ولا تسترجع
• في حال استلام منتج تالف أو به خلل مصنعي، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وسنقوم بإجراء اللازم دون أي رسوم إضافية.
• يمكن استبدال المنتجات الجاهزه فقط خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج واستلام المنتج البديل.

سياسة الاسترجاع

• يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام
• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن لإعادة المنتج
• يتم خصم قيمه توصيل الطلب من مبلغ الاسترجاع
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
• يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، وقد تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع حتى 7 أيام عمل.

كيفية طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

1. التواصل معنا عبر حساب الانستقرام عبر الخاص "الدايركت مسج" خلال الفترة المحددة مع إرفاق رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج.
2. سيتم تزويدك بتعليمات إعادة الشحنة
3. بعد استلام المنتج والتحقق من حالته، سيتم إتمام عملية التبديل أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Exchange and Return Policy

(Applies to online orders in accordance with Kuwait laws)

We value our customers’ satisfaction and offer an exchange and return policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

• Custom-made products (almost all products)  are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• If the item received is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of
• receiving the order, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
• Ready to wear products only can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product and receiving the replacement.

Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
•  The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning the product 
• The delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
• The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after the product is received and inspected.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

1. Contact us via instagram “ Direct Message” within the specified period, providing your order number and clear product photos.
2. You will receive instructions on how to return the item .
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund as per the above conditions.
